AUDIO: Knowledge Park action teams present findings
After months of research the 8 Knowledge Park Action teams presented their findings to over 300 people at the Lowenstein Building last night. The 8 groups worked together to create 5 priority projects, each to insert into the 5 year Knowledge Park action plan. Dawn Johnson wrapped up the meeting and said help is still needed.
The action plan draft will be shared with the Directors of the RHEDC on September 4th and presented to City Council on the 13th.
Among the 8 groups were 175 people who helped with the research and planning. The 8 groups were connectivity, placemaking, development, jobs and business growth, marketing and communications, inclusiveness, talent and development and tourism.
