The Rock Hill Music Club’s 15th Musical Tour of Homes has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 15, from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m.  Tour sites include the Archer Parthenon, a replica of the Greek Parthenon at 1919 Oak Park Road, the 1811 historic home of Jack and Ann Roddey, 1331 McConnells Highway and the renovated ballroom of the old Andrew Jackson Hotel now the Guardian Fidelity Building, 23 E. Main St.  Tickets are $15 and available at each location.  Proceeds go to local music scholarships. At each site local musicians will be performing.  A reception will be in the Archer Home.  The tour’s theme is Art, History and Music and will include art of Edmund Lewandowski and card art of William Ivey Long.  The Roddey Home will feature rare birds, animals and early Rock Hill history of the Roddey Family.  The Ballroom will have an exhibit of the history of the 102 year old Music Club, silent auction items and Elliott White Springs’ Springmaid advertisements with the former model, Jane Murray, as hostess.  More information call Pat at 803-372-1315.
