Flooding across York County
As a result of the overnight rains of Saturday night into Sunday, it may be harder to say where there’s not been flooding. Rock Hill City Police had to block off part of Dave Lyle Blvd Saturday night and still there were some motorists who did not heed the warnings. At one point, Tinsley Way re-flooded last night and on our Twitter page is some footage shot earlier this morning of Porter Road at I-77.
