Business Rock Hill: 2/5/14 Malfunction Junction?
Last week, Rock Hill City Council officially blocked a plan for a new Walmart grocery store on Celanese Road. The effort was the final nail in the coffin for the 40,000 square-foot store that would have been part of a larger 14-acre development near Ebinport Road.
