Spratt to tour Defense Venture Group facility in Lancaster

U.S. Representative John Spratt will tour the new Defense Venture Group (DVG) facility in Lancaster County Tuesday.

DVG opened in Indian Land in April. The company was founded in 2004 by military veterans and focuses on the development of cutting-edge force protection technologies and products to help ensure the safety of military and government personnel. The DVG business group includes ArmorLine, Indigen Armor and Dynamic Runflats. DVG is a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, an¬†investment firm that deals solely with the defense, aerospace and marine sectors. Joining Spratt on the tour will be DVG’s Board of Directors including Chairman Tig Krekel, former U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff General Ronald Fogleman and retired U.S. Army Commander General John Abizaid.
