Fort Mill School District to Host Oct. 21 Community Event with Citadel EHS

In our ongoing commitment to transparency and student safety, we invite you to join the district for a community update regarding the Flint Hill Elementary and Middle School site. This event is an opportunity for the community to hear directly from environmental experts and district leaders.

Join us:

• When: Tuesday, October 21, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Where: Nation Ford High School Auditorium – 1400 A.O. Jones Blvd, Fort Mill, SC 29715

Agenda:

Experts from Citadel EHS will present their findings for the baseline airquality testing at Flint Hill and review the collaborative work being done onemergency preparedness plans.

After the presentation, we will open the floor for a Q&A session withCitadel EHS experts, district administration, and school board representatives.The panel will listen and provide answers about the Flint Hill site anddistrict safety initiatives.

To ensure a productive conversation, please understand that questions regarding the permitting or zoning of commercial businesses cannot be addressed by the district or Citadel EHS, as these matters fall under the jurisdiction of other government authorities.
