SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Rosters for the annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas were released Sunday afternoon, and five seniors from York and Lancaster counties were selected to represent South Carolina. The all-star game, matching top seniors from South Carolina and North Carolina, is set for 1 p.m. on Dec. 20 at Spartanburg High School.
