David Hamilton has his last day as York County Clerk of Court today
It’s official: after 26 years David Hamilton’s last day as York County’s Clerk of Court was yesterday and today Angie Bryant assumes the job as the official keeper of all court records…The 67 year old Hamilton ended his career TODAY so he can spend more time with his family and hand over responsibility for all the county’s records and the 65 employees in five offices in York and Rock Hill that manage them…Hamilton was honored as the top clerk in South Carolina and yesterday hundreds of people stopped by the Moss Justice Center courthouse at the close of the business day for a retirement party to thank him for his service.
