York County elections board depending on state reimbursement

York County Board of Elections and Voter Registration Director Wanda Hemphill tells WRHI that they’ll be waiting to be reimbursed.

York County has 89 precincts and just over 132-thousand registered voters — all of whom are elegible to vote in the open primary.
