Rock Hill man arrested for indecent exposure

ROCK HILL — A registered sex offender was arrested last week after two witnesses told police he was urinating on the side of Hope Street, exposing his genitalia to the two men.

The witnesses told police they both had a clear and unobstructed view of 52-year-old Johnie Lock’s of Rock Hill genitalia as he was urinating on the sidewalk.

Officers caught up with Locke who was collecting pecans on the side of the road, and Locke told police he did not expose himself and he was not urinating. Officers found a nearby wet spot on the sidewalk and observed it was in clear view of the victims’ residence.
