Man Arrested For Disorderly Conduct Outside BMX Carolina Nationals

28-year-old Billy Peyton was arrested this past weekend outside the BMX Carolina Nationals event and charged with disorderly conduct after cursing and yelling at a police officer.

According to the police report, an African-American Rock Hill police officer who was working traffic in front of the track administration building saw a vehicle parked in a no loading zone and asked the driver to move his car.

Peyton asked the officer if he could unload his items first. When the officer said no, Peyton began yelling and cursing at the officer with children present, claiming it was because they were white
