Construction work on the east end of West White Street between Dave Lyle Blvd and Wilson Street.

With the utility and road improvements now complete, at least two area business leaders are very happy that the first phase of the project has wrapped up.  Gary Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of student loan collection company Williams and Fudge with offices in the Cotton Factory.

Lee Gardner is the president and Chief Executive Officer of Family Trust Federal Credit Union which plans on building its headquarters on West White Street.

York County’s Pennies for Progress program is paying for the improvements on West White Street.

Phase two of the project will begin in a few months from Wilson to Adams Streets.
