The York County Sports Hall of Fame has announced the 2011 Hall of Fame Inductees.  The new class will feature Clifford Boyd, a two-sport athlete at Fort Mill High School and a Football All-American at Wofford College.  David Branch, a track and cross country star at York High School and Furman University.  Lafayette Currence, an Emmett Scott baseball star who signed with the Pittsburgh Pirates and later played professionally with the Milwaukee Brewers.  Charlie Rymer, a Fort Mill High golfer who was a USGA Jr. Amateur Champion and Georgia Tech All-American twice.  And Julie Davis Sawyer, a tennis player at Rock Hill High School who won three state championships and was captain of the Clemson tennis team.  The Hall of Fame Ceremony will take place on May 10th at the Baxter Hood Center.
