York County announced the future temporary closing of offices for HVAC replacements

On Monday March 17th several York County offices in Rock Hill and York will temporarily close for heating & air system replacement. The County Auditor, Tax Collection and Veterans Affairs offices at the Heckle Complex in Rock Hill will close to the public. Citizens having business with these offices will need to visit the Government Center in downtown York at 6 S. Congress Street. Signs will be placed directing visitors to the appropriate department.

In addition, Planning and Development Services on Liberty Street in York will also close to the public on March 17th. Our permitting staff will move to the fourth floor of the Government Center, room 4200, directly in front of the elevators.

We recognize these offices are often busy, and we regret the inconvenience. We anticipate these closures will last for several months.
