Bank of America stadium to host the Keep Pounding High School Classic featuring Northwestern
High school football is finally coming to Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers. The first “Keep Pounding” High School Classic will be played Aug. 19 at Bank of America Stadium and will be a battle of North and South Carolina high school powers. N.C. private schools state champion Providence Day will play Rock Hill’s Northwestern High. Kickoff will be at 7 p.m.
The Panthers will host a news conference Monday with Providence Day, Northwestern head coach Page Wofford and Panthers head coach Frank Reich. Tickets for the game will go on sale this summer for $5.
