Earth Fare to cease operations at all locations

If you are one to seek out organic groceries, you are about to have fewer locations to choose from.  Earth Fare announced yesterday they would be shutting down their corporate headquarters in North Carolina along with store locations in Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Summerville.

The company has announced to employees of the pending closure saying operating is no longer financially feasible.  Earth Fare focused on organic groceries.  The chain has locations here in the Palmetto State, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and six other states.  No time frame was given for the final day of operations.
