Man arrested for indecent exposure in Cherry Road restaurant
A Rock Hill man was arrested early Tuesday on indecent exposure charges after witnesses told police he was taking pictures of customers, and himself while exposing himself to patrons inside the Cherry Road McDonald’s adjacent to Winthrop University.
A police report says officers found 60-year-old Arthur Reid inside his truck just after midnight and asked him if he was taking the photos.
Officers asked to the see the man’s phone, and found several explicit photos stored on the camera dated May 1st. The man told officers he was just sending text messages when his camera turned on and “started to take pictures for no reason.”
The man told police he was unaware he was exposing himself and his loose-fitting pants were to blame for the exposed body part.
