Youth forum focuses on bullying, cyberbullying
Thursday night, Rock Hill City Council Chambers were filled to the brim with students for a community youth forum on bullying.
The event, held by the city’s No Room for Racism Committee, focused on the long-lasting effects of bullying and cyber-bullying, and how students can stop it before it becomes a major problem.
Committee chairman Barry Rubenstein says that bullying today is much more caustic than it was a decade ago.

Students also heard from Winthrop’s student body president Kambrall Gavin, Rock Hill Mayor Doug Echols and City Manager David Vehaun.
