A Rock Hill woman is lucky to be alive after her house was blanketed with bullets from a 9-millimeter handgun last night.

Officers were called to the woman’s Crawford Road home just before 10 o’clock Thursdays night after the woman called police and said someone drove by and stared shooting inside her house.

A police report says officers recovered 10 shell casings and the shooter left 500 dollars in damage to the front window and kitchen wall.

Witnesses say the suspects drove off in a green sedan north on Crawford Street and then a left onto possibly Caroll or Simril Streets.
