75-year-old Lancaster man dies in wreck on S.C. 5
One person is confirmed dead in a wreck today on S.C. 5 near Reservation Road. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred just before 10:45 this morning.
York County Coroner Sabrina Gast says the victim was 75-year-old George Custer of Shiloh Unity Road in Lancaster.

Gast says an autopsy is underway and Custer died at the scene.
This is the second fatal wreck involving a Lancaster resident this week.
Monday, Hiawatha Stewart was killed in a wreck on McIllwain Road after his pickup truck collided with another pickup truck. He, too, was pronounced dead at the scene.
