Suspect in four-year-old murder returned to Rock Hill

A man wanted in a four-year-old murder in Rock Hill has been returned after being arrested by authorities overseas.

Rock Hill Police Lt. Michael Belk explains how Carlos Luis Pinales-Mejia was located in connection with the shooting death of Amber Marie Schiavone.

Carlos Luis Pinales-Mejia is charged with murder and possession of a firearm during a violent crime.

He allegedly shot the 22-year-old Schiavone with a nine-millimeter semi-automatic handgun.
