FCC Commissioner: 18 million Americans don’t have internet access
FCC commissioner and South Carolina native Mignion Clyburn was in Rock Hill Monday speaking before students at Winthrop University’s Mass Communication Week.
Clyburn says there are still 18-million Americans without internet access — something Clyburn and her fellow commissioners are struggling to approach.
