Dow closes above 13,000 for the first time since 2008
For the first time in nearly four years Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average topped 13-thousand on Wall Street — which some investment advisers say is a sign of good things to come. 
Justin Anderson of Rock Hill-based Anderson Griggs Portfolio Management says from a macro perspective, Tuesday’s high can mean the everyday investor may be feeling just a bit more confident.

The Nasdaq rose 21 points to 29-87. Oil prices fell two-dollars-and-one-cent to settle at 106-dollars-55-cents a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
