Rock Hill man sentenced to 70 months in prison
A Rock Hill man will spend the next five years in prison after a conviction last year on weapons and drug charges.
29-year-old Travis Hart will face 70 months in prison and another 3 years of supervised release following a September 2010 traffic stop in Rock Hill, where he attempted to flee police before his vehicle wrecked.
Officers recovered a loaded 45-caliber handgun, 29 grams of marijuana and over 13-hundred dollars in cash.
Hart’s criminal history includes convictions of shoplifting, disturbing schools, and drug possession and distribution.
