Police investigating homicide on Orr Rd.
A Rock Hill police report is shedding more light on the suspected deadly assault on an Orr Drive resident.
The report says Alexander Hardin’s neighbor, girlfriend and her daughter entered the home through the back door and found Hardin on the floor near the front door with blood coming from his head.
Family members told police that the 62-year-old Hardin had recently lost a lot of money and had a falling out with his son who lived with him.
Rock Hill police Lieutenant Brad Redfearn says officers have made contact with Harden’s son, but nobody’s saying if the son or anyone else is a suspect in the murder.
Redfearn says Harden was assaulted with some type of object.
