Huffmon: SC primary campaign left mark on the GOP race

With the Palmetto Primaries behind us, all eyes are now on Florida leading up to next Tuesday’s presidential preference primary.

Winthrop University political science professor and pollster Scott Huffmon was on Thursday’s Straight Talk and said there were a few things during the statewide campaign that left a mark on the candidates.

Huffmon says when it comes to the so-called rowdiness of the Palmetto State debates, reports of tailgating and cocktail parties before the debates are accurate — but what viewers on TV don’t see are the entertainers that liven up the crowd before the on air light goes red.
