Fort Mill High one of nine finalists for state award

Thursday afternoon, the South Carolina Association of School Administrators named Fort Mill High School as one of nine finalists for the prestigious 2012 Palmetto Finest Schools Award.

In a release Thursday from the district, Fort Mill was one of 20 schools that submitted a 20-page application and went through an on-site review by an exam committee.

Fort Mill is up against Blythewood High outside of Columbia and Hilton Head Island High for the award which will be presented March 27th in Columbia.
