14-year-old hospitalized with gunshot wound

A Rock Hill teenager was treated for a gunshot wound this weekend after an incident early Sunday night.

14-year-old Quandrekus White told police he was taking out the trash at his house when he said he heard eight gunshots and took a round in the left leg.

White told police he saw two cars driving away after the shooting and gunfire was exchanged between the two vehicles.

Nearby residents told officers they did not hear any any gunfire.
