12 cats reported missing from Main Street animal shelter
Just a week after the owner of a local cat shelter reported someone bent a window screen and let a dozen cats exit the center, the owner of the shelter says the facility was broken into once again.
A Rock Hill police report says Charlene Rodriguez told police sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon, an unknown subject entered St. Francis Animal Rescue center on East Main Street, leaving the front door open.
Rodriguez said 12 cats were missing from the facility, and officers were unable to find any damage to the property.
