County leaders meeting in Columbia to push for state grant money
York County leaders are headed to Columbia today to meet with leaders from the State Infrastructure Bank discussing
the county’s grant application that would help pay for an extension to Dave Lyle Blvd.

One of the reasons that project was placed on the back burner was the impact it would have on existing landowners — some of the same objections York County Council is receiving now over a land use plan for the future Dave Lyle Boulevard extension.
Blackwell says county council and staff are working closely with landowners who may be affected by the extension.
