SC Dept. of Revenue halts warranty tax, sends law back to legislature (AUDIO)

The state Department of Revenue says if a law is not clear, send it back.

Actually, the agency’s taxing for product warranties continued to cause an uproar for businesses and the SC Chamber of Commerce, so the revenue department has called on the writers of the law to settle the dispute.
