Rock Hill student arrested for possession of pharmapeuticals
(Rock Hill, SC) A Rock Hill High School student was arrested last week for having a bag of 19 pills. 19-year-old Eric Owens-Seward was found with five different types of prescription medicine Thursday morning according to a York County Sheriff’s Office Report. The student has been charged with drug possession and will face disciplinary action from the school. The report says they do not believe Seward had a prescription for any of the pills found.
