Kirsh announces re-election bid

(Clover, SC)  Clover Representative Herb Kirsh will try for another two years in the South Carolina House.  Kirsh is the longest serving legislator in the state as he has represented the 47th district for the past 31 years.  Primaries in South Carolina are June 8th with the general election slated for November 2nd.
