(Charlotte, NC) — Former employees have filed a racial and sexual discrimination suit against Triple-A Carolinas.  According to the suit filed on behalf of ten men and two women, the workers claim they were denied promotions and subjected to racial and sexual slurs from managers.  One employee, Eric Greene, claims he received a threatening letter and his car was set on fire after filing a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  Triple-A officials issued a statement yesterday, saying, quote, “We vehemently deny these false accusations and we will vigorously defend ourselves in court.”
