John Deere tractor recovered, seized in DUI

A tractor reported missing by the city of Conway over  a month ago has now been found in a Florence impound lot.

The John Deere went missing from a job site.  It turns out it was seized when the South Carolina Highway Patrol arrested a man for driving it while under the influence on Highway 38 near Latta.

They’re still trying to determine if the impaired man had stolen it initially, or just came upon it.
