Tuesday’s forum, an annual event, highlighted differences in cultures and how the term ‘Latin American’ can take on many different meanings. No Room for Racism Committee chairman Barry Rubinstien.

The city’s No Room for Racism Committee formed in 1998 with the purpose of fostering relationships between diverse social, cultural and racial backgrounds.
