Castle Heights Middle School was the site last night for commencement exercises for Rock Hill Adult Education.

Graduate Corey Stevenson says that no matter the reason for attending adult ed or when someone attends, getting an education is important.

Adult Ed Director Sandy Andrews says that because of the many ages of graduates, the ceremony has a different meaning than traditional high school graduations.

Nearly 160 students received diplomas Monday night.
