SCHP: Driver hits two pedestrians in Lancaster County

Authorities are searching for the driver of a 2002 Chevrolet Impala that they say struck two pedestrians in Lancaster County off Springdale Road this weekend. 

South Carolina Highway Patrol spokesman Lance Cpl. Billy Elder says that just before midnight Sunday the two were walking along Ruth Street and were hit from behind.
