The Chester County Sheriffs Office seized nearly 50,000 deadly doses of fentanyl. In the early morning hours of Friday, they executed a search warrant at a residence on Church Street in Great Falls. Deputies arrested Earnest Jemaar Elder. He has been subject of a long investigation by the Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the Great Falls Police as well. He was found to be in possession of 99 grams of fentanyl, along with 46 grams of Meth, while also in possession of certain amounts of cocaine, marijuana and crack. He will be charged with distribution and trafficking of fentanyl, meth, and cocaine. He also will have two counts of possession of a weapon during a violent felony. The Chester County Sheriff’s Office says this is an ongoing investigation and could result in more arrests in the future.
