A man is in jail without bond on drug trafficking charges. This week, members of the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit were contacted by the Chester County Sheriff’s Office to help with locating a Keewon David Degraffenreid of Rock Hill. He was wanted by Chester authorities and realized that his location was near Heath Springs at 3911 Old Camden Highway. Deputies saw him in the yard and when they approached, they smelled a strong odor of marijuana and observed inside the car to find illegal drugs in plan view. After detaining Degraffenreid, he had over 128 grams of cocaine, crack, oxycodone hydrochloride, and weed. Digital scales were also included. He was arrested where warrants charging him with trafficking those drugs were served on him. The money he had on him was seized and bond was denied
