‘Project Cobra’ 1 billion dollar project getting final public hearing tonight at Council
Tonight at York County Council, final public hearing and reading for a 1 billion dollar project is on the agenda. York County Council finalize an incentive agreement for a QTS Data Centers project which was previously called Project Cobra. Over the spring and summer, county s been working through details and having discussions about the agreement. The meetings are seen live on youtube and the Counties website.
