Greenville Police said an Easley man accused of putting pornographic video up on television displays in a Best Buy store turned himself in after seeing himself in surveillance video on the local news.

WYFF-TV in Greenville reports investigators say Robert Holden used a personal electronic device to stream pornography to several “Smart TVs” in the store in February. Police say they spotted Holden on surveillance video in the store. The arrest warrant said several employees, along with a customer and his children, saw the pornographic video. Holden is charged with disorderly conduct. He told police it was meant as a “prank” and he didn’t know it was a criminal act.

Police say a woman was with Holden at the time, but she will not be charged because investigators do not believe she was involved.
