Salvation Army opens up warming centers for the winter
ROCK HILL — With the cold weather finally hitting the Carolinas, local warming centers are opening up for the winter months.
Rock Hill’s Salvation Army has opened it’s shelter — almost a month earlier than this time last year. Salvation Army Major John Edmonds.

A men’s shelter opens at the end of this month at Bethel United Methodist Church.
