O’Steen is licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association of CPAs.

His additional qualification as a Certified Public Accountant gives him the experience in Tax, Accounting and Law needed to guide you through the complexities of bankruptcy to get you a fresh start. O’Steen has been an active member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association and spoke on the topic of family law and bankruptcy at their 2008 Annual Conference. He currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Association. He attends continuing legal education and accounting seminars and actively participates in the Debtor Bar’s discussions.
