Rob Crawford

Rob Crawford has developed into one of the area’s sharpest radio marketers, demanding much of himself for every on-air client, regional corporate partner, local business and community organization.   A native of Rock Hill, Rob is one of OTS Media’s top all-time producing senior account executives, becoming the quickest member to reach WRHI’s Silver Club in 2008, then in 2009, part of the elite Gold Club.  Rob specializes in Client Development, On-Site Event Marketing, Co-op Advertising, Commercial Writing and substitutes on the High School Football Color Commentary Team.  He takes great pride in his position at NewsTalkSports WRHI AM/FM, 2011 recipient of National Association of Broadcaster’ s Crystal Award and INTERSTATE 107’s double-barrel ‘Country & Sports’ station.

After completing extensive radio marketing training, Rob received the Radio Advertising Bureau’s high honor of Radio Marketing Professional and considers his clients entire marketing strategy when developing results driven radio advertising campaigns.  Rob has been awarded the South Carolina Broadcasters Association (SCBA) Star Award for “Never Walk Alone“(2009), a brave, concealed weapons commercial for Sportsman Inc. and two SCBA  Awards of Merit for “Think Lancaster First”(2011), a three-tiered shopping, dining & wellness’ campaign, with Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce President Dean Faile and “Shoo-Fly“(2009), a lyrical ‘Mr. Ed’ commercial for Triple Creek Farms.

In addition to developing marketing campaigns with many small business owners, Rob has helped with the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s “Shop Local” Campaign for the Rock Hill Galleria, the South Carolina Utilities mandate “Call 811 Before You Dig” with the Lancaster County Natural Gas Authority and All on Board’s successful partnership with York County Law Enforcement for the Prescription Drug Disposal Campaign.  Applying integrated marketing leadership at every corner, Rob continues to be one of the State’s talented young leaders in the field of media sales.

Rob earned a B.A. in Corporate Communications in 2005 from the College of Charleston. Prior to joining the OTS Media Network in 2007, he spent a year skiing and working in Resort Guest Communications in Winter Park, Colorado. Rob enjoys Clemson Tiger Football, Atlanta Braves Baseball, renovating his home, live music, and exercising at one of Rock Hill’s many recreation destinations.  Rob serves on the “Smiles for a Lifetime” Selection Committee, is an All on Board Coalition Media Representative and Marketing Chair with the Boys and Girls Clubs of York County Executive Committee.
