For the second consecutive day over 1,400 coronavirus cases were announced by SC-DHEC. The total was 1,479 with York County was once again above 100 cases at 102. Lancaster County had 55 cases and Chester County had 16.
11,207 people were tested for the virus on Thursday and 13.2% tested positive. 26 additional confirmed deaths were also announced. That number included 3 elderly York County individuals and one middle-aged York County individual.
Starting on November 27th, SC-DHEC will be providing data on a 24-hour delay. They say the delay will allow for a more robust analysis of data before it is publicly reported.
