Rock Hill Couple Charged With Homicide by Child Abuse
Jackleen Elizabeth Mullen, 23, and Audrevious Jarrell Williams, 26, both of Rock Hill were arrested Wednesday morning and charged with homicide by child abuse or neglect after a four-year-old child was found dead in a home on Gentle Breeze Lane. Lt. Michael Chavis of the Rock Hill Police Department said Rock Hill officers were alerted by York County Sheriff’s Office deputies about a possible child fatality late Tuesday night. The investigation is ongoing. Mullen and Williams will have Bond Hearings at 2pm Thursday afternoon.
