Bagley Hopeful that Rock Hill Fountain will be Finished for Christmasville
Rock Hill Deputy City Manager Jimmy Bagley is hopeful that the fountain in downtown Rock Hill will be up and running in December for Christmasville.
The fountain has been broken for months as the city brought in experts and third parties to try and diagnose where the problem went wrong.
Bagley said they are making the company who owns the fountain under warranty reinstall pipes to make them a little more substantial and create space for more drainage.
Workers are expected to be working on the fountain later this week but Bagley said they are looking to be thorough so as to not have to deal with a similar situation in the future.
