Charges Dropped Against Former Clemson QB
Charges from a July bar incident were dropped Tuesday against former Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd.
Boyd was arrested earlier this month and charged with assault and battery, according to Greenville police. According to the report he was told by a door man at a bar that he could not due to it being at full capacity.
Boyd was accused of then arguing and pushing the door man on the ground, causing him to knock over a female.
The charges will be dismissed pending 40 hours of community service, payment of restitution and six months of good behavior.
