Huckabee to decide soon whether or not to make another White House bid
Former Arkansas Republican Governor Mike Huckabee says he’s giving a lot of consideration to running for president next year… and says he’ll make a final decision sometime during the spring.
Huckabee met with reporters after speaking to the York County Republican Party this weekend during its 2015 convention.
“I feel like that we need someone in the White House who has been able to bring not only the ability to deal with a hostile political climate like I did under the Clinton machine of Arkansas, but to have effectively governed in that environment and been able to solve problems and make things better for people,” Huckabee said.
The former talk show host says he’s tired of Republicans surrendering and losing debates to Democrats that he thinks they should be winning.
Huckabee ran for president in 2008 but sat out the 2012 election.
